SHIPPING & RETURNS

Thank you for shopping at Gowa. We hope you love your new pair!

We currently only ship to customers in the UK & US.

Gowa collaborates with brands worldwide, resulting in shoes being shipped from various locations based on the brand. You can check the Shipping & Returns tab on each product page to find out the origin of your items.

Our goal is to ship your order within 2-3 working days after placement, but this timeline will be longer for items that are made-to-order. Made-to-order items will be clearly labeled as such, and the exact production time will be detailed on the product page.

All orders are shipped using a tracked service.

Shipping costs are determined by the origin of the item and its destination.

You can find the exact shipping cost of each item on the product page in the Shipping & Returns tab.

Shipping fees are applied per brand. If your order contains items from multiple brands, a shipping fee will be charged for each brand. The total shipping fee will be displayed at checkout.

Orders with multiple items may arrive separately and at different times.

Express shipping options are available upon request. Please contact us via email for further details.

All sale items are final sale, we do not accept refunds or exchanges for these except if they are faulty/damaged. Click here for more info on our current sale.

Please note that made-to-order items are non-refundable.

All other returns must be returned within 14 days of delivery of the item(s) to you.

Start your return here using our returns portal. You will need to use the email address you used to place your order. Once we receive your return request, we will email you with information on how to return your item(s). Please note that some items will be returned to us while other times will be returned directly to the brand. Details of this will be in the email sent to you when you submit a return request.

Unfortunately we are not able to offer a free returns service at present. You are responsible for returning the item(s) to the brand. You MUST use a tracked service. We will not be responsible for any items lost in transit.

For international returns, please ensure you clearly mark the parcel as a “returned purchase” and ensure all duties/VAT are paid upfront, if any. We will not be responsible for any additional fees incurred in the process of international returns. If for any reason a custom charge is incurred by the brand in the returns process, this will be deducted from your refund amount.

We will only accept a return if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full cost of the item(s) to the original payment method. We also require all items to be returned with their original packaging.

We aim to process your refund within 5 working days of the brand receiving the items.

We do not offer exchanges.

In the event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please email us as soon as possible at info@gowashoes.com with your order number and a photo and description of the item’s condition and we will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
