SHIPPING & RETURNS

We currently only ship to customers in the UK & US.

Gowa hosts brands from different parts of the world. Shoes will be shipped to you by Gowa or from the independent brands themselves, which means orders with multiple items may arrive at different times, and in separate packages.

We aim to have your order shipped within 2 working days after it is placed but this may vary slightly from brand-to-brand.

*Please note that some items are made-to-order meaning the processing times may be longer (this will be clearly indicated on the product page).

All orders are shipped using a tracked service.

Shipping costs will vary depending on where your item is coming from and it’s destination.

Shipping costs are charged per brand i.e if you have items from different brands in your basket, a shipping fee will be applied for each brand. You will only be shown the final total fee at checkout.

Fees

Shipping from each UK brand - £5 (2 working days)

Shipping from each US/Canada brand - £20 (5-7 working days)

Please note, there may be additional customs duties and taxes to be paid in the destination country. It is the customer’s responsibility to be informed of these charges. We are not responsible for any additional fees incurred in the process of international shipping.

Example

Your delivery address is in the UK and you place an order for 2 shoes; 1 shoe from brand x + 1 shoe from brand y.

Cost of shipping from brand x (a UK brand)= £5

Cost of shipping from brand y (a US brand)= £20

Total shipping cost= £25

Cost of shipping from brand y (a UK brand)= $25

All sale items are final sale, we do not accept refunds or exchanges for these except if they are faulty/damaged.

All returns must be returned within 14 days of delivery of the item(s) to you.

Start your return here using our returns portal. You will need to use the email address you used to place your order. Once we receive your return request, we will email you with information on how to return your item(s). Please note that some items will be returned to us while other times will be returned directly to the brand. Details of this will be in the email sent to you when you submit a return request.

Unfortunately we are not able to offer a free returns service at present. You are responsible for returning the item(s) to the brand. You MUST use a tracked service. We will not be responsible for any items lost in transit.

For international returns, please ensure you clearly mark the parcel as a “returned purchase” and ensure all duties/VAT are paid upfront, if any. We will not be responsible for any additional fees incurred in the process of international returns. If for any reason a custom charge is incurred by the brand in the returns process, this will be deducted from your refund amount.

We will only accept a return if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full cost of the item(s) to the original payment method. We also require all items to be returned with their original packaging.

We aim to process your refund within 5 working days of the brand receiving the items.

We do not offer exchanges.

In the event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please email us as soon as possible at info@gowashoes.com with your order number and a photo and description of the item’s condition and we will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
