Terms and Conditions for Gowa London Ltd (hereafter referred to as “Gowa”)’s Instagram Giveaway Contest as of 19/10/23.
- Eligibility: The giveaway contest is open to participants who meet the following criteria:
- Are 13 years of age or older
- Are not employees of Gowa or their affiliates.
- Entry: Entries incomplete, inaccurate, or submitted after the deadline will be disqualified. To enter, participants must follow the instructions and entry requirements outlined in the contest post on Instagram link
- Duration: The giveaway contest starts on 20/10/23 and ends on 22/10/23 at 23:59 BST. Only entries submitted before the deadline will be considered.
- Prize: There will be three winners chosen. The winners will each receive a gift voucher to the value of £50. The gift voucher is valid for use within 12 months from the date of issue. This voucher may be redeemed for any product or service offered by Gowa (on gowashoes.com) at the prevailing price at the time of redemption. This voucher is non-refundable and cannot be returned or redeemed for cash or credit. Resale of this voucher is strictly prohibited. If the purchase value exceeds the amount of the gift voucher, the remaining balance must be paid by another form of payment. This voucher cannot be used to purchase sale items or gift cards. Gowa reserves the right to substitute the prize with a product or service of equal value.
- Winner Selection: The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries by the deadline. The winner will be announced in a post on Instagram. The winner will also be notified by Instagram direct message within 7 days after the deadline. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, another winner will be selected.
- Publicity: By participating in the giveaway contest, the winner agrees to allow Gowa to use their name, photograph, and likeness for promotional and advertising purposes without compensation.
- Liability: Gowa is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to participants or their property related to their participation in the giveaway contest.
- Governing Law: The giveaway contest and these terms and conditions are governed by and construed per the laws of England and Wales.
- Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from or related to the giveaway contest or these terms and conditions will be resolved through binding arbitration per the rules of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. The arbitration will occur in London, England, and the arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding.
- Modification: Gowa reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway contest without notice. Gowa also reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without notice.
- This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Gowa and not to any other party. The information provided will be used in conjunction with the following Privacy Policy found at https://gowashoes.com/pages/privacy-policy.
By participating in the giveaway contest, participants agree to be governed by these terms and conditions, as defined by the promoter, Gowa London Ltd (company no. 13063944) whose registered office is at 128 City Road London EC1V 2NX.
